BEYOND THE SHADOWS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATORS uphold a strict no alcohol policy with all of our investigation's. Anyone found to be consuming or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the investigation and premises immediately and will receive NO REFUND.
To attend any of BEYOND THE SHADOWS investigations you must be 18+. Any persons that a member of team feel may be under the required age limit may be asked to provide proof of age. Failure to do so may result in the person in question being asked to leave the investigation

ALL TICKETS for a Beyond the shadows investigation are non-refundable UNLESS for any reason the venue for the investigation becomes unsafe to attend. In this unlikely event then a FULL REFUND would be given to everybody who purchased tickets OR the option to carry the purchase onto another upcoming investigation.
If you do not wish to pay the full amount of the ticket at the time of purchasing then a £10 NON REFUNDABLE minimum deposit will be required PER TICKET. The remaining balance will be due 4 WEEKS BEFORE the date of the event. If the remaining balance is NOT received 4 weeks before the event then we reserve the right to resell the ticket/tickets at full price
Although BEYOND THE SHADOWS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATORS will have equipment for anybody attending an investigation to use we also encourage people to bring any equipment they have which they may like to use with them (cameras, camcorders, voice recorders etc.)
We would also advise people to wear comfortable clothing and sensible footwear as there may be times on investigations where flooring may be uneven, loose etc.
Be aware if you are joining us on an investigation throughout the Autumn or Winter months then we suggest you bring warm clothing (coat, hat, gloves, scarf)
BEYOND THE SHADOWS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATORS may sometimes use traditional methods of trying to obtain evidence of the paranormal. This may be in the form of a seance, table tipping or Ouija board. We fully understand that whilst some of these methods may appeal to some people there are also people who do not wish to participate in these practices. If you do not wish to be a part of any activity such as a Ouija board then do not hesitate to let a member of team aware of your feelings towards ANY of the methods being used by BEYOND THE SHADOWS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATORS and we will stop the investigation until all persons are happy to continue.
Beyond The Shadows Paranormal Investigators are fully insured to carry out public events anywhere in the uk.
Full Risk Assessments are completed before every investigation and a copy of these can be seen on request prior to or at the start of the investigation. Any member of the investigation will always be made aware of any potental hazards on site before any investigation begins.
Beyond The Shadows Paranormal Investigators always fully recommend that anybody attending an event where suitable clothing and footwear due to the nature of our events a majority of time our investigations are held in the dark and there are long periods of time where you will be standing.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT PREGNANT WOMEN DO NOT ATTEND ANY OF OUR INVESTIGATIONS DUE TO TO THE NATURE OF THE EVENT
